Refund & Fault Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Foot Steps Podiatry Griffith.
Fault replacement or fixing of fault is at the discretion of the suppliers.
No refunds or exchanges on sale items over 20% off.
No refunds or exchanges on shoes that were shipped unboxed.
All refunds and/or exchanges need to be processed within 5 days.
Shoes are to be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Return postage is at the expense of the customer.
Fault return postage will be organized if approved by supplier.
All returns, exchanges and faults are to be lodged by a phone call to 02 69621388 and the receptionist will lodge any fault claims or approved refunds. Postage costs will not be refunded
