Doppler Ultrasound

Treats conditions such as Diabetes
Doppler Ultrasound is a non-invasive test that can be used to examine the blood flow by bouncing high frequency acoustic waves (ultrasounds) off red blood cells.

Doppler Ultrasound can be used in multiple conditions however in our practice it is used to assess the vascular status of the legs in our diabetic patients.  This assists in our diabetic assessments so a greater overall assessment can be reported back to the patient and GP.

If you haven’t had a diabetic assessment in the last 12 months call 69621388 for an appointment.
