Plantar Fasciitis

If you’re experiencing heel pain or discomfort in the bottom of your foot, you may be suffering from plantar fasciitis.

This condition is caused by inflammation of the plantar fascia, a band of tissue that connects the heel to the toes. Plantar fasciitis can be extremely painful and make it difficult to walk or even stand.

The sharp pain can be often felt more in the mornings or after periods of rest.
