Foot Steps Podiatry’s team aim to relieve your discomfort & provide a prevention of future lower limb problems. We also have a footwear store that offers podiatry approved footwear for men, women & children for all aspects of everyday living- work, leisure, play & more.

No referral is necessary, we treat all ages from toddlers taking their first steps, to young active children and teenagers, parents, sports people, the everyday worker and travelling or stay at home retirees & you can claim from your health fund if eligible with our HICAPS system.

Belinda Battistel

Podiatrist

Hi, I’m Belinda, the owner of Foot Steps Podiatry.  I am married and have three beautiful energetic children.

My sole job is to offer my patients professional podiatry care. I understand the importance of maintaining optimal foot health & being able to remain active & reducing lower limb pain. 

Foot, leg and back problems can not only be painful and uncomfortable, but they can lead to increased stress and the deterioration of your overall health.

Whether you have specific foot problems or if you just want to make sure that you’re doing everything you can in regards to your leg and foot health, Foot Steps can offer you expert knowledge, advice and modern industry standards.

Coming from a sporting background of Basketball and  representing my state & country, I know firsthand how important it is to remain injury & pain-free to optimise your ability to take advantage of everyday and the opportunities it presents, whether it be work, sport or leisure.

Being a mother of young children I also understand the need for children to be pain free and have good footwear for their foot development. 

At Foot Steps we offer a large range of treatment options from mobilisation, dry needling, paraffin treatments, fungal nail treatments, orthotics and general foot care so we can aim to help all patients that present to our practice. 

We also have a instore footwear store with a large range of ladies, mens and children’s footwear which helps in aiding our patients walk out the most comfortable, supportive & pain free that they can be whilst also looking stylish.

Salo Udayan

Podiatrist

Hi, I’m Salo, a podiatrist at Foot Steps Podiatry. 

I love working with patients of all ages and aim to make their podiatry appointments as relaxed and enjoyable as possible. I will help you keep your feet in tip top condition.

In 2015 I graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Podiatry. I have since worked in private practice, public health high risk foot clinics, and rural indigenous health, as well as a Clinical Supervisor to podiatry students at Central Queensland University. I also regularly attend continuing education to keep up to date with the latest. 

Outside of work, I love to spend time with family and friends, cooking up a storm and making jewellery. I also enjoy traveling and discovering new places. Fun fact about me … you can ask me about your feet and your teeth, as I am also a qualified Oral Health Therapist!

Martin Giollo

Podiatrist

Hi, I’m Martin, a podiatrist at Foot Steps Podiatry. 

I am happy to be part of Foot Steps Podiatry Griffith to help anyone with lower limb complaints. I studied a Bachelor of Podiatry at La Trobe University, and graduated in 2009. My scope of practice is varied including general foot, skin, and nail care, diabetes education, podiatry for sports enthusiasts, footwear prescription and advice. I have worked in many rural settings to urban practice. I have an interest in diabetes and completed a post-graduate in diabetes education.

I have also taken courses in dry needling & adjunctive physical therapy treatments such as foot mobilisation techniques which has significant potential to reduce pain and restore pain-free movement. 

Podiatry isn’t just for the elderly. It can help people of all ages. I am available for any patients under chronic disease care plans, DVA and private consultations. I look forward to providing you with holistic health care. Outside podiatry, I’m very interested in the Italian culture and cuisines Griffith has to offer.

Receptionist

Hi I’m Caitlin, one of the receptionists at Foot Steps Podiatry Griffith.

I have never worked in the medical industry before but thought that it would be a nice change where I could learn new skills in a friendly environment. However, I have worked with feet before when I completed my Diploma of Beauty in 2022.

At Foot Steps Podiatry I am to be a welcoming face to new and old patients. I look forward to offering my friendly service/smiling face when you arrive in the clinic.

Outside of work, I love to read and spend time with my friends and family.

Natashas Rosenow

Receptionist

Hi I am Natasha, one of the receptionists here at Foot Step Podiatry.

This is the first time I have worked within the medical industry, I love meeting new people, and I thoroughly enjoy the challenge and learning all new things great and small.

Alongside my days at Foot Steps Podiatry I also am one of the receptionists at J&J Security where I job share since 2017. My previous roles have included On Farm Administration Assistant with two local farms at Darlington Point and I worked for 8 years as a Teller with NAB.

In my spare time, well what spare time I have with four beautiful yet full on children (one of whom is a young adult), I like to listen to music, jump in the car and go for a spontaneous drive and explore new places.

I look forward to welcoming you to Foot Steps Podiatry and helping you the best I can with all your appointment requirements, shoe and foot care needs.

Laura Ewing

Receptionist

Hi, I’m Laura, the receptionist at Foot Steps Podiatry.

I have worked in the Medical Industry all of my working career, starting as a Medical Receptionist at Griffith Medical Centre then Team Leader at Griffith Base Hospital, now loving the change at Foot Steps Podiatry Griffith.

I am excited to branch out my knowledge further in the Medical Industry. I love helping people and ensuring the best outcome is achieved for everyone that walks into our clinic.

At Foot Steps Podiatry, I will be one of the friendly smiling faces as you walk in the door. I will make customers feel welcome and always happy to help fit shoes.
 

Outside of work, I love spending time and socialising with my friends and family and of course my dogs! When I get time I enjoy trying out new recipes in the kitchen and I also enjoy getting outside and exercising.

Hi, I’m Ros one of the Receptionists here at Foot Steps Podiatry. 

I have worked in Reception for BeI for over 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. 

I look forward to seeing all our old and new patients come in and love catching up with them. 

We have all been trained to fit our amazing range of shoes for any member of your family from toddlers to grandma. We have beautiful ladies shoes (which my hubby assures me isn’t the reason I work here), the cutest children’s shoes, thongs and a wide range of men’s shoes. We have a shoe to fit you and I enjoy helping you in this process. 

At home I love to cook, it’s how I relax surprisingly.

Annette Coates

Book keeper

Hi, I’m Annette, the  bookkeeper at Foot Steps Podiatry since February 2019.

I was born in Temora, attended primary school at Beckom and High School at Griffith NSW.  I obtained my school certificate at Griffith High School and completed a Day Secretarial Course at Griffith Technical College. 

My first position was with the Department of Agriculture, then Griffith City Council obtaining the position of Town Clerk’s Secretary.  I have also worked at the MIA Business Enterprise Centre, Driver Secretarial and Computer Services, Nuffield Australia Framing Scholars Association, Nuffield International Farming Scholars Association and also work at SkyCroppers Aerial Applicators.

In my spare time my interests include gardening, reading and line dancing.  I also love to volunteer to several local organisations including Griffith Show Society, Griffith Country Music Muster Association and Griffith Rodeo Club.
